I got my first guitar at 14 for scraping and painting a double garage. I was self taught and started playing in small bands at 16. At that time started playing bass to help a friend out, because there were not many around at the time, and it seemed to be my calling. I played music with Variety of bands, Southern Rock, Blues, Country and Blue Grass. I even played when I was serving in the military overseas, and I've been playing ever since. I have had the opportunity to work in some recording studios and with some great pickers and singers, some are; Link Davis Jr., Jack Grisham, Kenny Smith, Loretta Lynn’s little sister- Peggy Sue, Rusty Clark (DJ) and numerous others. |
